Westmoore Trading Company ("WTC") has developed the following privacy standards regarding this information. WTC does not sell your personal information.
WTC may use third party service providers for its internal purposes. Any third party service providers that WTC may use will be bound by obligations of confidentiality not to disclose the information provided by WTC about its customers and may not use this information for any purpose other than performing the particular service.
Disclosing information in other situations
Under certain circumstances, we may be required by law to disclose your personal information. WTC may also disclose personal information to protect its legal rights or to enforce our Customer Agreement. We may disclose certain Customer Information to credit bureaus and similar organizations, and otherwise when permitted by law. For example, this may include:

NASD Public Disclosure Information
NASD Conduct Rule 2280, requires the following information be provided to you: (1) The NASD Regulation, Inc. Public Disclosure Program hotline number is 1-800-289-9999; (2) The NASD Website address is, www.nasdr.com, and (3) The NASD has a brochure available describing the public disclosure program.
Order Routing Disclosure
Pursuant to SEC Rule 11Ac1-6, Westmoore is required to disclose certain information regarding where its customer orders are executed. Currently, Westmoore routes all of its orders to its clearing ,Southwest Securities, Inc., for execution. Payment for Order Flow
Pursuant to SEC Rule 11Ac1-3, WTC is required to disclose to all of its customers its Payment for Order Flow arrangements at the time that a new account is opened and annually thereafter. WTC does not receive payment for order flow or any other payment for routing orders to specific execution venues.

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, federal law requires financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.
This Notice answers some questions about your firm's Customer Identification Program.
What types of information will I need to provide?
When you open an account, your firm is required to collect information such as the following from you:
You may also need to show your driver's license or other identifying documents.
A corporation, partnership, trust or other legal entity may need to provide other information, such as its principal place of business, local office, employer identification number, certified articles of incorporation, government-issued business license, a partnership agreement, or a trust agreement.
U.S. Department of the Treasury, Securities and Exchange Commission, NASD, and New York Stock Exchange rules already require you to provide most of this information. These rules also may require you to provide additional information, such as your net worth, annual income, occupation, employment information, investment experience and objectives, and risk tolerance.
What happens if I don't provide the information requested or my identity can.t be verified?
Your firm may not be able to open an account or carry out transactions for you. If your firm has already opened an account for you, they may have to close it.
