We embrace active involvement by acquiring significant equity positions in the companies and properties we invest in - allowing Westmoore to manage various equity developmental steps, thereby maximizing value. Our goal is to incorporate a collaborative cross functional team, with the effective knowledge and professional experience to optimally grow an investment, usually with a three to five year return on investment (ROI).

Westmoore has developed a comprehensive program to find and develop opportunities. Investment reviews are not restricted to a balance sheet, otherwise excellent opportunities with intrinsic value would slip by. We extract information and direction from our four business divisions to provide unique insight into each opportunity, far beyond what the obvious numbers might imply.
