Real estate remains an attractive investment - not only for the often incredible rates of appreciation and numerous tax benefits, but also because of the tangible ability to touch and feel your investment dollar at work.

Westmoore purchases select properties using various funds which, among other benefits, allows us to pool the financial resources of a small number of investors in order to acquire properties with a more attractive growth future. Combining investment resources increases purchasing power dramatically, while spreading the investment risk. We limit the number of investors, so each has a notable share in the investment properties.

There is certainly a temptation to be an owner/manager but there are definite advantages to being an owner and not a manager. The types of properties that we find that can have the largest upside tend to require a level of involvement that is best assigned elsewhere. We also add and review properties on a continual basis, divesting our portfolio of underperforming real estate as necessary.
